Use of the service

Private Radar is provided to help trusted contacts share presence and location information with explicit consent. You agree to use the service lawfully and only with people you are authorized to connect with.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you share, for managing your sharing preferences responsibly, and for not using the product to stalk, harass, surveil, or endanger others.

Availability

The service may change, be interrupted, or be removed at any time. Early versions may be incomplete, experimental, or unsuitable for safety-critical use.

No safety guarantee

Private Radar is not an emergency service, not a guaranteed safety product, and not a substitute for direct communication or emergency response systems.
